As someone with osteoarthritis, I suffer from morning joint stiffness. Therefore I have adapted my already healthy diet as part of an early treatment to decrease pain and live a healthier life. My diet includes drinking ginger lemon tea every morning and having a good ratio of Omega 6/3 essential fatty acids in my diet.

I also eat as clean as possible and avoid processed sugar, gluten, and dairy products to prevent inflammation. This is why I am always learning about different and tasty recipes to eat clean and healthy.

Benefits of almonds

Organic almond milk will provide you with more nutrients than dairy milk alternatives, and almonds are rich in biotin, manganese, copper, and vitamin B2. In addition, they are also a good source of fiber which promotes good digestion.

Finally, keep the milk in a container securely closed. The milk lasts up to 3 days in the fridge.
