As someone with osteoarthritis I suffer from morning joint stiffness. Therefore I have adapted my already healthy diet as part of an early treatment to decrease pain and live a healthier life. Part of my diet includes drinking ginger lemon tea every morning and having a good ratio of Omega 6/3 essential fatty acids in my diet.

Benefits of almonds

Organic almond milk will provide you with more nutrients than dairy milk alternatives, almonds are rich in biotin, manganese, copper and vitamin B2. In addition, are also a good source of fiber which promotes good digestion.

Finally, keep the milk in a container securely closed. The milk lasts up to 3 days in the fridge.
