Also, as someone with osteoarthritis I suffer from morning joint stiffness. Therefore I have adapted my already healthy diet as part of an early treatment to decrease pain and live a healthier life.

I was on a candida diet and in general I enjoy eating as clean as possible. Therefore, when I found this recipe in the Scandinavian magazine VEGO I decided to try it. I did a couple of changes and made it gluten-free, and voila. Here it is.
