Love reed beets ? Looking for a different recipe for ketchup? Or want a clean, earthly, rich ketchup recipe that you can make at home?

I was on a candida diet and in general I enjoy eating as clean as possible. Therefore, the minute I found this recipe on a Swedish Magazine(VEGO) I decided to try it. I made some changes and adaptations to it and I want to share it with you here.

Part of my diet includes drinking ginger lemon tea every morning and having a good ratio of Omega 6/3 essential fatty acids in my diet.

Also, as someone with osteoarthritis I suffer from morning joint stiffness. Therefore I have adapted my already healthy diet as part of an early treatment to decrease pain and live a healthier life.
