DIY How to make raw cinnamon pumpkin seed butter

Hi dear friend:

Are you looking for new ways to use your pumpkin seeds? Or want a healthier variation to peanut butter that you can make at home?
This raw cinnamon pumpkin seed recipe is pretty easy to make, needs very few ingredients, and is a great alternative to other kinds of butter.

Also, as someone with osteoarthritis, I suffer from morning joint stiffness. Therefore I have adapted my already healthy diet as part of an early treatment to decrease pain and live a healthier life.

Part of my diet includes drinking ginger lemon tea every morning and having a good ratio of Omega 6/3 essential fatty acids in my diet.

I also eat as clean as possible and avoid processed sugar, gluten, and dairy products to prevent inflammation.

I was on a candida diet and in general, I enjoy eating as clean as possible. Therefore, when I saw the recipe from I decided to try it. I made some changes and added some additional ingredients to it and now I want to share it with you.

For this recipe you need a powerful food processor, this one is a great option. It might take a bit longer depending on the machine you use.

You can add any additional flavors to it. I used stevia & cinnamon to my recipe which was inspired by the recipe I found at

I prefer using pumpkin seed raw, but you can opt for roasted ones.
