What are chia seeds and how to use them? Chia seeds can be used in different ways and this chocolate chia seed pudding recipe is just one of the many ways to use them!

In addition, chia seeds are considered one of the healthiest foods on the planet, and are packed with antioxidants, fiber, protein, Omega- 3 fatty acids, magnesium and calcium.

As someone with osteoarthritis I suffer from morning joint stiffness. Therefore I have adapted my already healthy diet as part of an early treatment to decrease pain and live a healthier life.

Part of my diet includes drinking ginger lemon tea every morning and having a good ratio of Omega 6/3 essential fatty acids in my diet.

I also believe that it is important to eat as clean as possible and to avoid processed sugar, gluten and dairy products in order to prevent inflammation. This is why I want to share with you this video of an easy recipe to make your own healthy chocolate chia seed pudding at home.

Try to choose organic ingredients for this chocolate chia seed pudding recipe in order to benefit from more nutrients, enjoy better taste, avoid hormones, antibiotics and drugs in animal products. In addition, organic farming practices are designed to encourage soil and water conservation and reduce pollution.

Enjoy your chocolate chia seed pudding

You can enjoy this tasty pudding at breakfast or as dessert. Furthermore, you can

add the seeds directly to your fruit, and enjoy it with your smoothies.

Finally, leave the pudding in the fridge for 4 of hours before serving or store your pudding in an airtight container and refrigerate it up to one week if you want to use it later!
