Want to enjoy food that at the same time have a diet that excludes gluten protein? I found this recipe on an old book and decided to adapt it a bit. I hope you like it as much as I do.
As someone with osteoarthritis I suffer from morning joint stiffness and I have adapted my already healthy diet, as part of an early treatment to decrease pain and live a healthier life. Part of my diet includes also drinking ginger lemon tea every morning and having a good ratio of Omega 6/3 essential fatty acids in my diet. I also eat as clean as possible and avoid processed sugar, gluten and dairy products to prevent inflammation.
Wraps are always a delicious and healthier alternative to sandwiches if you can make them without gluten and dairy products.
