What chocolate should you get?When it comes to getting the best benefits from this delicious food get dark pure organic raw chocolate. If not, at least get them with 70% or higher levels of cacao and try to find options without sugar to make it even healthier.
The health benefits of dark chocolate:- It boosts the production of endorphins, "feel-good" chemicals. Dark chocolate can help you feel happy! - It boasts a lot of nutrients, it is rich in iron, fiber, copper, magnesium and other minerals. - It has showed to decrease bad or oxidized LDL cholesterol. - Its compounds, called flavonoids which some studies have shown can help improve blood flow to the brain, lower risk of heart disease, asthma and type 2 diabetes. In conclusion, these are just some of the reasons why I eat dark chocolate every day and why I recommend you to do it too! I add one teaspoon of dark pure raw chocolate to my yoghurt in the mornings.
How much should I eat?According to research it suffices with one ounce of this earthly pleasure to do the trick! Actually, it is not advisable to eat large quantities of dark chocolate. Being a food rich in calories and unfortunately most of them containing big amounts of refined sugar, having large amounts of it has lots of negative effects for our health. So, go ahead and enjoy guilt free a small piece of dark chocolate every day to improve your health and your mood!
